We manage all administrative tasks (credentialing, scheduling, and billing) and invite our therapists to focus on what they do best—helping patients heal and thrive. Why Therapists Choose Aevum Behavioral Health Competitive Compensation and Benefits Annual Full-Time salary: $75,000-$95,000. Our salary is based on realistic expectations of the hours our therapists actually work, not on unrealistic fee-for-service models that assume long hours and offer only 1099 pay with no health insurance, benefits, or paid time off. No fee-for-service model:
Enjoy stability and the freedom to prioritize patient outcomes. Full-time providers are paid an annual salary.
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth assessments and create individualized treatment plans. Provide psychotherapy to address mental health needs and psychological aspects of medical issues.
Support through case management:
Help patients follow through on their treatment plans and connect with resources to promote their recovery and well-being. Maintain detailed and timely documentation in our EHR system.
