  • Friday Job Summary Action Group Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support manufacturing operations in Tulsa.
This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in electrical design, PLC/HMI programming, and continuous improvement within an industrial environment. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in electrical design, PLC/HMI programming, and system integration 5+ years of leadership or project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting Proficiency with PLC/HMI platforms (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Solid understanding of industrial electrical systems, control circuits, and safety standards Knowledge of
NEC, OSHA, NFPA
70, IEC, and IEEE standards Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to pass a background check and drug screen R esponsibilities Design, develop, and maintain industrial electrical systems, equipment, and controls Troubleshoot and repair motors, control panels, lighting systems, transformers, and machinery Develop and enhance preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime Program, test, and maintain PLC and HMI systems for automation and control Support process improvements and capital projects related to electrical and controls systems Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to ensure safe and efficient operations Ensure compliance with all applicable electrical codes and safety regulations Prepare electrical schematics, technical documentation, and maintenance reports Assist with procurement and management of electrical components and tools TopBottom of Form
