JOB SUMMARY
An Electrical Engineer is responsible for developing, monitoring, and continuously improving manufacturing processes, including the development of electronic systems and test equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, along with proficiency in LabView software and project scheduling. The Electrical Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONSDesign, assemble and deploy electronic systems and equipment.

Conduct system design reviews and ensure compliance with industry standardsPerform root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve electrical performance issues.

Fabricate prototypes and conduct testing to validate designs.

Develop firmware for embedded systems as neededAutomating test equipment / processesSupporting the development of product and processesMaintain accurate documentation of designs, changes and test results
OTHER DUTIES
Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION
& EXPERIENCEBachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering2+ years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS
& ABILITIESStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong knowledge of electronics circuit design and developmentExperience with LabView, Schematic Capture (OrCAD, PSpice, etc.)Familiar with PCB layout, automated optical inspectionExperience with bothanalogand digital electronics:

Signal processing, Power Supplies, PID controllersTroubleshoot and debug electronicsExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
