We deliver residential, commercial, and industrial electrical solutions while building long-term relationships with our clients. We are a growing team that values accountability, teamwork, and excellence in execution. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Hybrid Jr.
Estimator / Project
Manager to take ownership of projects from start to finish and help drive operational success and profitability. Position Overview This is a hands-on hybrid role combining estimating and project management responsibilities. You will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, winning work, and then managing those projects through completion in the field. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at strong profit margins—while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who wants real responsibility, growth opportunity, and the ability to directly impact company success. Key Responsibilities Estimating & Pre-Construction Conduct job site walkthroughs and assess project scope Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates (labor, materials, equipment) Develop and submit professional project proposals Communicate with clients to clarify scope and support bid approvals Project Management & Execution Lead projects from award through completion Coordinate with field teams to launch and execute jobs effectively Order materials and manage project logistics Work with office staff to schedule and track project timelines Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget Job Cost & Profitability Management Track labor, materials, and overall job costs against estimates Maintain or exceed target gross profit margins Identify and process change orders proactively Review completed projects to improve future estimating accuracy Field Coordination & Leadership Collaborate closely with General Foreman and field crews Provide clear direction, scope, and expectations Resolve jobsite issues efficiently to maintain productivity Ensure all work meets company standards and electrical code requirements Communication & Documentation Maintain organized and accurate project documentation Communicate effectively with clients, office staff, and field teams Follow and improve company workflows and processes Anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate Qualifications Experience in electrical estimating and/or project management Strong understanding of residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems Ability to read and interpret construction plans Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience with estimating/project management software ( EBM preferred ) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPay:
