You will lead frontline maintenance teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of daily work while driving continuous improvement across the site. You'll connect people, processes, and technology—anticipating challenges, eliminating delays, and ensuring your team has everything needed to succeed.
What You'll Do Lead & Develop Talent:
Coach and mentor skilled technicians, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Drive Operational Excellence:
Oversee daily maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize plant performance
Plan & Execute:
Coordinate labor, materials, tools, and permits to ensure seamless execution of maintenance work Prioritize for

Make real-time decisions to balance safety, reliability, and production needs
Enhance Safety Culture:
Champion and enforce safety programs—ensuring every task is completed safely and responsibly
Respond & Solve:
Lead response to maintenance issues and emergencies with urgency and precision
Collaborate Broadly:
Partner with production teams, contractors, and vendors to deliver innovative solutions and improve reliability What You Bring 5+ years of supervisory experience in maintenance or skilled trades Associate's degree required Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems Experience building and driving preventative maintenance programs Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics Experience with SAP or similar systems for maintenance planning and tracking Familiarity with tools such as ETQ, Cority, Workday, or similar systems Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment What Sets You Apart A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Passion for building high-performing teams Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence If you're ready to lead from the front, influence performance, and build a culture of safety and excellence— we want to hear from you.
