What You'll Do Design and develop electrical systems for RV floorplans from concept through production Ensure compliance with RVIA, NEC, ANSI, NFPA, and other applicable standards Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales, service, and vendors Participate in 3D model reviews to ensure designs are production-ready Create and manage BOMs and support engineering change processes Troubleshoot and resolve issues during pilot builds and production Drive continuous improvement and product innovation Support quality, safety, and accuracy across engineering and manufacturing What We're Looking For Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (SAP is a plus) 1+ year of electrical design experience (RV or related industry preferred) Strong understanding of electrical systems, routing, and manufacturing processes Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong communication skills and team mindset Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience Why Tiffin We're driven by a simple idea: help people create lifelong memories.
