In this pivotal role, you will oversee Citivest and its construction subsidiary are seeking an experienced Working Construction Foreman to join our growing team. We perform a mix of private commercial and prevailing-wage municipal/government construction projects throughout Southern California. We are looking for a hands-on, multi-skilled foreman who can lead a crew while also working alongside them. The right person knows construction, can read plans, coordinate subcontractors, solve field problems, and communicate professionally with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and project management.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience in multiple construction trades Lead and work alongside field crews Read plans and understand construction details Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and daily jobsite activities Maintain jobsite safety, quality, and productivity Dependable, organized, self-motivated, and good with people Must have own truck and basic hand tools Valid driver's license and good driving record Must be able to pass a background check and meet security-clearance requirements for government projects Public works and prevailing-wage experience is a plus

Compensation:

$40-$75/hour for private work , depending on experience and capabilities. Applicable prevailing-wage rates are paid on covered public works projects. Position also includes profit-sharing opportunities based on performance. This is a full-time, long-term position for someone who wants to take ownership of projects, be part of a growing company, and be rewarded for strong performance.
