Electrical Intern

This entry-level position supports a variety of duties within the Electrical team. This role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn in a hands-on industrial environment. Essential functions Assist with installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems in an industrial setting Work under the supervision of experienced electricians to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently Support electrical system inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities Read and interpret basic electrical drawings and documentation Use and maintain electrical tools and equipment properly Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Maintain a clean and organized work area Other duties assigned based on business needs Skills and Abilities Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members Basic understanding of electrical concepts or interest in developing technical skills Ability to manage time and complete tasks efficiently Detail-oriented and safety-focused Ability to handle confidential information Education, Knowledge, and Experience Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or coursework in Electrical Technology or a related field preferred Basic knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety practices preferred Ability to learn and apply electrical codes and standards with guidance Program Details 15-20 week summer internship program Hands-on experience designed to build practical skills and foundational electrical knowledge Direct mentorship from experienced electricians Welcome to our temporary careers site.
