This full-time, on-site role is critical to the coordination and success of our electrical service and installation projects. From estimates to job completion, the Project Manager ensures smooth execution across all stages—collaborating closely with electricians, customers, suppliers, and office staff. Key Responsibilities Service Leadership Partner with Office Manager to schedule, complete, and bill service calls Training & Development Train new hires and develop structured onboarding/training procedures Project Management Receive weekly job allocations from the company owner Review and finalize estimates with owner Schedule jobs, order materials, and coordinate setup on-site Handle change orders, callbacks, and job billing in coordination with office Monitor job performance and profitability vs original estimate Close out projects with full documentation Estimating Conduct site visits, write estimates, and oversee job execution from start to finish Team Leadership Lead morning meetings with the crew to review daily assignments and needs Address questions from field teams, clients, office staff, and suppliers Escalate unresolved issues to ownership for resolution Process & Procedure Develop and document standard daily workflows for field technicians Utilize field service management software for job tracking and updates Qualifications 10+ years of experience in project management or related leadership role in the construction or electrical industry Strong background in estimates, invoices, and billing coordination Excellent interpersonal communication skills across all levels—team members, customers, and contractors Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines Proficiency with service management software and basic office tools Strong leadership, decision-making, and team-building skills High school diploma or GED required No specific licenses or certifications required, but industry knowledge is essential Benefits Company Vehicle Uniforms Provided Paid Time Off (Holidays, Vacation, Sick Days) Retirement Savings Program Bi-Weekly Pay Cycle Year-End Bonus Mentorship & Career Growth Opportunities Supportive, professional, and close-knit team environment Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday Work Location On-site at the Broomall, PA office with local project travel as needed Equal Employment Opportunity We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
