POSITION SUMMARY

We are hiring a Licensed Electrician who can deliver high-quality electrical work while providing an exceptional customer experience. This role goes beyond technical ability.

You will be expected to:

Diagnose problems accurately Communicate clearly with customers Think through solutions—not just follow steps Take ownership of your work from start to finish

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems Perform panel upgrades, troubleshooting, installations, and safety corrections Identify root causes—not just symptoms Communicate findings and solutions clearly to homeowners Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Document work and notes accurately in our system Collaborate with dispatch and team members to stay efficient

Licensed Electrician (Journeyman or higher preferred) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to think critically and solve problems in the field Clear and confident communication skills High level of personal accountability Desire to grow professionally and financially
