Perform skilled electrical work with safety and precision Troubleshoot equipment issues and respond quickly to maintenance needs Read and work from blueprints, sketches, and written instructions Carry out preventative maintenance and keep accurate documentation Operate tools and equipment-from test meters to manlifts-with confidence Collaborate with contractors, technical teams, and plant personnel Support a clean, safe, and compliant production environmentWhat You'll Bring:
A high school diploma or equivalent Journeyman license or equivalent training 3-5 years of electrical and manufacturing experience Strong industrial motor control knowledge Experience with Allen Bradley or PLC programming (a plus!) The ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying environments Clear communication skills and a collaborative spirit Your own toolbox and tools. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
