Position Overview If you're an experienced Journeyman Electrician ready to take on more than repetitive tasks, this role offers the opportunity to lead, build, and expand your skillset. You'll work across EV infrastructure, telecom, and civil construction projects—taking ownership of your work and contributing directly to project success. This is not a "just another job site" environment—our crews are lean, efficient, and built for performance. Key Responsibilities Perform electrical work on commercial, telecom, and prevailing wage projects Install EV charging infrastructure and supporting systems Run conduit (EMT, PVC, RMC), wiring, terminations, panels, and lighting Read blueprints, perform layouts, and execute projects through completion Lead apprentices and collaborate with project managers and vendors Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven environment High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Flexibility to adapt to changing job site conditions Requirements 8-10+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience Valid Journeyman Electrician license EVITP Certification (required) Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and drug screening Experience with bucket trucks (lighting experience is a plus) Basic computer/app skills for reporting and documentation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions Reliable transportation and willingness to travel

Position Overview If you're an experienced Civil Foreman who knows how to drive production and lead from the front, MC Electric offers more than just another job site. You'll take ownership of ground-up civil work tied directly into electrical and telecom infrastructure, not just dirt work. This is a hands-on leadership role where you're responsible for execution, crew performance, and keeping jobs moving. We run lean, high-performance crews, not corporate environments where everything is over-layered and slow. Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations while working alongside the crew to ensure productivity, quality, and efficient execution
• Plan, coordinate, and prioritize work to meet project schedules and maintain workflow with project management and other trades
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate layout and execution
• Perform and oversee civil construction tasks including excavation, trenching, grading, formwork, rebar, embeds, and concrete work
• Direct crew performance, conduct daily safety briefings, enforce OSHA standards, and ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively while maintaining accurate daily reports, timekeeping, and job documentation What We Expect
