Job Summary This is a high-impact sales role for experienced B2B professionals seeking to own key accounts, drive business growth, and increase earning potential through an uncapped commission structure . The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving strategic growth across target markets. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions and long-term customer success. In addition to individual contributions, this role provides mentorship and support to junior team members and contributes to overall team performance.Travel Requirement:
Approximately 50%, including local client visits, regional travel, and occasional out-of-state trade shows. Responsibilities Manage and grow key customer accounts while developing strategic account plans Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market research Research target customers, market trends, and competitive landscape to uncover growth opportunities Present tailored product solutions and recommendations to customers Lead customer meetings, site visits, and participation in industry trade shows Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to support profitable growth Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and expansion opportunities Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline visibility Collaborate with internal teams (Accounting, Logistics, R&D, QA/QC) to support customer needs Manage contracts and ensure alignment with company policies Achieve and exceed sales targets while supporting long-term customer retention Mentor and support junior team members as needed Qualifications 5+ years of experience in outside B2B sales (experience in specialty ingredients or related industries such as food, beverage, chemicals, or materials is highly preferred) Proven ability in business development, account management, and customer relationship building Strong negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and business development Bachelor's degree preferred Career Growth & Leadership Opportunities High-performing Senior Account Managers have a clear path for advancement based on performance and business impact. This role offers the opportunity to progress into higher team leadership responsibilities. Long-term career growth may include advancement into Sales Leadership roles, such as Director of Sales or Vice President of Sales.Compensation Base Pay:
$38 ~ $43/hour (approximately $80,000 ~ $90,000 annually) negotiable based on experience Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential based on performance Performance review with potential compensation adjustment after 90 daysBenefits Health Insurance:
