$22-38/hr Job Description This role involves performing a wide range of electrical work on commercial projects throughout New Jersey, including high-rise buildings and other large-scale facilities. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with applicable codes and project specifications. Responsibilities Perform electrical work on commercial projects across various locations in New Jersey. Install, route, and secure electrical conduits, including EMT, PVC, and ENT, according to plans and code requirements. Pull and terminate electrical cables and wires for power, lighting, and equipment circuits. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics to plan and execute installations. Lay out and install conduits and raceways under slab and within concrete work as required by project design. Install switches, receptacles, lighting fixtures, and related electrical devices in commercial environments. Install, assemble, and wire electrical panels, switchboards, and distribution equipment. Assist with installation and basic wiring of fire alarm systems and related components. Follow project layouts and instructions to complete work accurately and efficiently. Adhere to safety procedures and electrical codes while working on active construction sites. Collaborate with other electricians and trades on-site to coordinate tasks and meet project timelines. Inspect completed work to ensure proper operation, compliance with plans, and adherence to quality standards. Please apply immediately to be considered for this role!
