Since 1954, Woodgrain is proud to be family owned and operated. Essential Duties, Responsibilities, Expectations and Performance Measures

• Learn electrical, and mechanical systems of the saw mill.
• Assist in trouble shooting electrical and mechanical issues.
• Assist in repair of electrical and mechanical faults.
• Preform inspections and preventative maintenance, both electrical and mechanical.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Walk and stand for long periods of time, bend, twist, kneel, stoop and squat.
• Ascend and descend stairs/ladders.
• Abide by all safety/environmental policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Lead Electrician, Lead Mechanic, and Maintenance Manager.
• Required to meet all State of Idaho Electricain requirments to attain journeyman licensure. Company Values

Education / Experience

/ Certification

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have an Idaho apprentice electrical card.
• official electrical schooling required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Ability to think critically and take proper action.
• Detail oriented and work accuracy focus.
• Basic electrical and mechanical skills.
• Willingness to learn new ideas, abilities, and processes.
• Must be a safety minded individual.
• Lifting and physical activity is required for this position.
