Our client, a well-established food manufacturing organization, is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production operations through effective maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of equipment and systems. This role plays a critical part in ensuring uptime, safety, and product quality within a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and facility systems Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and HVAC/R systems Diagnose issues using tools such as multimeters, ohmmeters, and ammeters Support and maintain PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to track work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment history Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections Operate equipment such as scissor lifts safely when required Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability Ensure compliance with safety, food-grade, and regulatory standards Required Qualifications Extensive experience in industrial maintenance , preferably within manufacturing or food production environments Strong knowledge of: Mechanical systems Electrical troubleshooting and repair PLC systems and controls Hydraulics and pneumatics HVAC/R systems Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools (multimeters, ohmmeters, ammeters) Experience using CMMS platforms for maintenance tracking Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment English fluency required Preferred Qualifications Experience in food or beverage manufacturing environments Familiarity with continuous improvement or lean maintenance practices Relevant technical certification or trade school education Work Environment Industrial production facility with continuous or extended operating hours Exposure to machinery, varying temperatures, and production environments Requires standing, lifting, and hands-on equipment work Why This Opportunity Join a stable, growing manufacturing operation with consistent production demand Opportunity to work on diverse equipment and systems Play a direct role in keeping operations running efficiently and safely
