This role plays a critical part in supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring the accurate movement, storage, and distribution of electronic components throughout the production process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, and ERP systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a quality-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask while supporting critical production needs. Key Responsibilities Manage the flow of electronic components from receiving through delivery to the manufacturing floor Accurately receive, count, and process incoming materials using Oracle ERP systems Pick, kit, and issue components to support manufacturing and production schedules Maintain inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts and proactive inventory management Ensure proper handling, storage, and packaging of sensitive electronic components while maintaining ESD compliance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environment Support continuous improvement initiatives within stockroom and inventory operations Cross-train across multiple stockroom functions to support operational flexibility Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and support resolution efforts Collaborate with team members to meet production and operational goals Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required Up to 1 year of related warehouse, stockroom, inventory, or material handling experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Solid computer skills and ability to learn ERP systems Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Willingness to cross-train and support multiple operational functions Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs Strong time management and organizational skills Commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Oracle or similar ERP systems Prior electronics stockroom or manufacturing experience Familiarity with ESD handling requirements Strong inventory control and cycle counting experience Previous experience in supply chain or warehouse operations preferred
