Propane Dispatcher

Duties:

• Dispatch delivery tickets to drivers clearly communicating any special needs for the day
• Handle customers call relating to deliveries
• Filling customer propane tanks at our propane filling station
• Office help as needed

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the propane industry is preferred but not required.
• Customer service skills
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with drivers and customers.
• Ability to handle emergency situations that may arise.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with propane (filling station)
• Ability to lift minimum 75 lbs This position is an entry level position and will train the right candidate. Initial schedule to start Monday
• Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with Saturday hours eventually added on (8:00 am to 12:00 pm).

Fulltime with overtime.
