Job Description

Category Imaging - EP Tech Job Type Contract Experience the opportunity to support patient care in a dynamic cardiac environment, working as an EP Tech. In this role, your expertise in electrophysiology procedures will contribute significantly to the diagnosis and treatment of complex cardiac arrhythmias under the guidance of skilled electrophysiologists.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an EP Tech in a clinical setting Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and EP procedures Proficiency with EP lab equipment and monitoring systems Familiarity with sterile technique and radiation safety standards Certification in Electrophysiology Technology preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Assist physicians during complex EP studies and ablation procedures Operate and troubleshoot EP lab equipment including recording, mapping, and ablation systems Monitor and document patient vital signs and responses during procedures Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols throughout procedures Prepare and maintain the electrophysiology lab for daily operations Accurately document procedure information in electronic health records Provide immediate response to procedural emergencies within the scope of practice Take your next step in cardiac care and make a direct impact on patient outcomes in a supportive environment.
