Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Residential Aide to support residents in our housing. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, crisis intervention capabilities, and experience in social work or behavioral health. As a Residential Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, stability, and overall well-being of residents by assisting with daily activities, managing behavioral challenges, and fostering a positive environment conducive to healthy. Responsibilities Provide direct support to residents by assisting with daily routines, including room searches, medication administration, and personal hygiene. Monitor resident behavior closely, identifying signs of distress or crisis and implementing appropriate intervention strategies. Facilitate group activities and individual engagement to promote socialization and behavioral management. Maintain accurate documentation of resident progress and incidents through data entry and filing systems. Enforce security protocols to ensure a safe environment for all residents and staff members. Ability to preform breathalyzers, urine drug screens, and room searches. Conduct intake assessments for new residents and assist with case management tasks as needed. Observe medication management for residents. Skills Supervising experience in residential or healthcare settings is highly desirable. Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to de-escalate conflicts effectively. Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents, families, and team members. Experience in social work or behavioral health environments, including behavioral management strategies. Proficiency in data collection, data entry, filing, and maintaining detailed records related to resident care.

Pay:
