Job Description

Category Imaging - EP Tech Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic role supporting advanced cardiac care as a Cath/EP Lab Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment. Your expertise will be essential to a busy interventional lab environment, collaborating with a skilled team while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
Schedule/Hours:
Full-time, weekdays 6:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. One variable weekday off per week On-call required: 1 weekend per month (Friday 5:00 p.m.-Monday 6:30 a.m.) 4 weeknights per month (5:00 p.m.-6:30 a.m. next day) No weekend commitment outside of on-call
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of recent experience in a cath/EP lab setting Proficient in scrubbing for heart caths, peripheral vascular, structural heart, and EP procedures Preferably RCIS or RCES certified; ARRT licensure accepted with scrub experience in heart caths with intervention BLS and ACLS certifications required Knowledge of Merge Hemo documentation system strongly preferred Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care during interventional and electrophysiology procedures Scrub, circulate, and assist in a wide array of cath and EP cases Accurately document procedures and maintain compliance with all safety protocols Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal clinical outcomes Respond promptly to on-call assignments and emergent situations This opportunity is ideal for a tech with strong skill in both cardiac and electrophysiology procedures, seeking to further their experience in a fast-paced lab.
