Elementary Classroom Teacher

Mentor new or less experienced teachers, sharing best practices in classroom management, lesson planning, and curriculum development. Skills Proven classroom experience with young children in early childhood education settings or elementary grades. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies. Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators. Proficiency in literacy education, math instruction, and the integration of library services into lessons. Ability to develop creative curriculum content that incorporates Montessori or other specialized teaching methods when applicable. Experience working with students with autism or behavioral challenges using effective behavior management techniques. Familiarity with learning technology tools, standardized testing procedures, tutoring methods, and classroom management software.
