Job Summary Milano Elementary School is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Elementary Teacher. The ideal candidate will foster a positive learning environment that encourages students to reach their full potential. This full-time position requires amitment to creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues and parents to support student success. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with state curriculum standards.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and respect.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, including tests, projects, and observations.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and behavior.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience and share best practices.
• Manage classroom behavior and implement effective discipline strategies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational trends and techniques.
• Organize and supervise classroom activities, including group work, projects, and field trips.
• Support students with diverse learning needs and adapt instruction accordingly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Valid teaching certification for elementary education. Experience working with children in an educational setting, preferably at the elementary level. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans. Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods. Proficiency in using technology and educational software. Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Salary Range:

$50,000
