We are currently seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Grain Elevator Laborers. As a Grain Elevator Laborer, you will play a vital role in the operation of our grain elevator facility, including receiving, storing, and loading grain products.Job Overview:
The Grain Elevator Laborer will perform a variety of tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the grain elevator facility. This includes operating equipment, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and assisting with grain handling activities as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.Key Responsibilities:
Assist with receiving incoming grain shipments and unloading trucks or railcars using equipment such as conveyors, augers, and grain probes. Transfer grain to storage bins or silos using elevator systems and equipment. Monitor grain quality and conditions during storage, including temperature and moisture levels. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operation. Load outgoing grain shipments onto trucks or railcars according to customer orders and specifications. Operate equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, and grain elevators in a safe and responsible manner. Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. Assist with inventory management tasks, including recording grain movements and conducting physical counts. Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge related to grain elevator operations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping floors, removing debris, and disposing of waste materials.Benefits:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members. Must be able to speak and understand English to effectively communicate and perform job duties. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
