High-Lift Loader Operator

Job Overview Titan Transport Service, LLC is looking for a dependable, hardworking High-Lift Loader Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for operating high-lift loaders and related heavy equipment to load manure, compost, and other agricultural materials at feedlots and job sites safely and efficiently. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, respects equipment, and understands the importance of safety and productivity in an agricultural operation. Responsibilities Operate high-lift loaders safely and efficiently to load end dump trailers and trucks Load manure and other materials at feedlots, stockpiles, and agricultural job sites Perform daily pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections Monitor machine performance and report maintenance needs promptly Maintain proper loading practices to maximize efficiency and prevent equipment damage Assist with feedlot cleanup and material handling operations as needed Work closely with truck drivers and dispatch to keep operations moving smoothly Follow all company safety policies and job site procedures Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned equipment Operate in varying weather and field conditions Qualifications Experience operating high-lift loaders, wheel loaders, or similar heavy equipment preferred Experience in agriculture, feedlots, construction, or material handling a plus Ability to safely operate equipment around trucks, personnel, and livestock facilities Strong mechanical awareness and ability to identify equipment issues Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to work long hours during busy seasons when needed Valid driver's license required (CDL is a plus but not required) Preferred Skills High-lift or wheel loader operating experience Feedlot or manure handling experience Basic equipment maintenance knowledge Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, steady work Family-owned, team-oriented company Well-maintained equipment Opportunity for growth and advancement Overtime opportunities available About Titan Transport Service, LLC Titan Transport Service is a family-owned operation specializing in agricultural hauling and feedlot services.
