Embroidery Machine Operator

Presto Embroidery is seeking a skilled and dependable Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating embroidery machines, selecting the appropriate materials and tools, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring all projects meet client specifications. You will also perform routine machine maintenance and help ensure production runs efficiently and on schedule. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple work orders, and a combination of technical, analytical, and creative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Review project specifications and client requirements Select appropriate threads, fabrics, hoops, and embroidery designs Set up and monitor embroidery machines throughout production Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine inspections and maintenance Manage inventory and update work orders as needed Ensure all orders are completed accurately and shipped on time

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Required experience operating Ricoma or Tajima embroidery machines Proven experience as an Embroidery Machine Operator Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to read and understand instructional manuals Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
