Responsibilities Operate embroidery machines efficiently, ensuring accurate placement and stitching of designs on different types of garments Prepare garments by inspecting fabric quality and ensuring proper garment construction before embroidery begins Maintain sewing machines by performing routine cleaning, adjustments, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime Follow detailed design specifications and production schedules to meet quality standards and delivery deadlines Collaborate with team members in a warehouse setting, managing inventory of embroidery supplies and finished products Conduct quality checks on embroidered items to verify stitching accuracy, durability, and overall appearance Assist in packaging and preparing finished products for shipment or storage, maintaining organization within the warehouse environment Experience Prior experience with garment construction or sewing machine operation is highly desirable Knowledge of sewing techniques and manufacturing processes related to apparel production Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with inventory management and workflow efficiency Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow complex design instructions accurately Ability to troubleshoot embroidery machines and perform basic maintenance tasks effectively This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to apply their technical skills in a creative manufacturing environment.
