Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Nurse Supervisor to manage staff, oversee patient care, and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures, as well as recruiting and training new personnel. Requirements:

Supervise all nursing and unit-base personnel on shift Create a safe and caring environment for patients, family, and staff to foster professional nursing practices Plan, develop, implement, evaluate, and monitor policies and procedures, budgets, and the allocation of resources Create continuous quality improvement initiatives and educational programs Allow for shared leadership to achieve departmental and organizational goals and objectives Provide nursing care as needed to patient population Ensure appropriate protocols with procedures and customer satisfaction All other responsibilities as needed
