Overview Join our dynamic team as an Embroidery Specialist, where your craftsmanship and attention to detail will bring vibrant designs to life on a variety of garments. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality embroidery work that meets precise specifications, ensuring every product reflects excellence and creativity. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment, utilizing your sewing expertise and passion for textile arts to produce exceptional finished products. Responsibilities Operate and maintain embroidery machines with precision, ensuring consistent quality across all projects Prepare garments and textiles for embroidery by verifying placement, securing fabrics, and setting up machines accordingly Follow detailed design specifications and production orders to accurately reproduce intricate embroidery patterns Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to identify and correct any defects or inconsistencies Collaborate with team members in a manufacturing setting to meet daily production targets while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship Assist in garment construction tasks when necessary, including sewing and finishing techniques to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and operational procedures Skills Strong knowledge of garment construction principles and sewing techniques Proficiency with various sewing machines, particularly embroidery machines, with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly Experience in sewing and fabric handling within a manufacturing or warehouse environment Familiarity with embroidery design software and machine operation is a plus Ability to interpret technical drawings, patterns, or design files accurately Attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality control throughout the production process Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is advantageous for understanding workflow dynamics This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in a hands-on environment where craftsmanship makes a difference. Pay:
