Job Description
Join a well-established Emergency Medicine team north of Minneapolis as their ED Medical Director. This role blends clinical leadership with hands-on patient care in a welcoming, rural Emergency Department. You will lead an experienced team of Emergency Medicine APPs, foster a patient-centered culture, and help deliver compassionate, efficient care to patients of all ages. Live and work where others dream of retiring! Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in an emergency medicine setting. Family Medicine trained physicians with ED experience also welcome to apply.
Details:
- Lead the Emergency Department, evaluating and treating medical and trauma patients while supporting the team of experienced physician assistants
- Level IV trauma center
- 10 or 12 hour shifts
- Zero call
- Daily census of ED is 25 patients
- Dayshift- 4 or 5 day work week

Salary:
$345K+ (based upon experience)Sign-On Bonus:
$75K+PTO:
