Emergency Department Nurse Practitioner —

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Perform advanced clinical procedures and interventions as required. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities in accordance with hospital policies. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay current with medical advancements and best practices. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the emergency department. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and nursing students as needed. Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations and provide critical care when necessary. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from an accredited institution. Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certification or equivalent advanced practice certification. BLS, ACLS and PALS. Three-years of Nurse Practitioner experience.
Pay:
From $95.00 per hour
