Required Skills:

Valid California Medical License (Active) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine within 5 years ABEM or ABEOM Certification (ABIM and ABFM not accepted) Proven clinical experience in emergency medicine Ability to work night shifts (6 a.m. 2 p.m., 8 a.m. 4 p.m., or 1 p.m. 11 p.m.) Strong communication and team collaboration skills Nice to

Have Skills:

Prior locum or temporary staffing experience Experience working in high-volume emergency departments ( 110 patients per 24 hours) Ability to adapt quickly to varied shift schedules Familiarity with hospital privileging processes

Preferred Education and Experience:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Current CA medical license in good standing Minimum of 2 years of recent hospital-based emergency medicine practice Demonstrated ability to handle high patient throughput efficiently

Current and comprehensive CV with hospital affiliations Completion of privileging forms and case logs as specified Insurance policies for rental cars pre-approved if applicable Willingness to work night shifts exclusively No travel reimbursements for mileage from provider s home to airports; all other travel-related expenses will be reimbursed as outlined Employment type: W-2, weekly pay via direct deposit Hourly pay rate: $1.00 (plus a $25/hour incentive for confirmed night shifts) Guaranteed hours: 8 hours; OT applies after 12 hours with prior approval If you are a committed emergency medicine professional seeking a flexible, rewarding opportunity, we invite you to apply now.
