Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-ER Job Type Contract Immediate need for a skilled Emergency Department Registered Nurse with expertise in both adult and pediatric care. This role is ideal for dynamic professionals ready to quickly adapt and provide high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced, critical-access environment.
Schedule:
13-week assignment 36 hours per week 3x12-hour night shifts (variable days, weekends, and possible holidays required) Start date:
ASAP Qualifications:
Active RN license with strong ER background Minimum of 3-4 years recent ED experience, including pediatric patients Prior completion of at least two travel nurse contracts Certifications required:
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
(candidates lacking one or more certifications may still be considered if willing to obtain prior to start) Proven ability to work independently and handle a broad range of medical emergencies in a 9-bed, Trauma Level IV emergency department
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, timely, and effective care to adult and pediatric patients presenting to the ED Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to stabilize and treat critical cases Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in a high-volume setting Respond rapidly to trauma codes and emergency situations as part of the team
