Qualifications & Experience:

Current, unencumbered RN license Proven experience in Medical-Surgical nursing, including assessment, monitoring, and care planning Strong clinical judgment and adaptability in fast-paced situations Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems BLS certification required; additional certifications (such as ACLS) preferred Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
