Qualifications and Experience:

Active and unrestricted RN license Minimum of one year of recent Emergency Room (ER) nursing experience Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred Strong assessment, critical thinking, and triage skills Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients of all ages presenting to the emergency department Perform triage to identify and prioritize patient care needs efficiently Monitor, record, and communicate patients' symptoms and conditions accurately Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as ordered Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and their families Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes promptly and according to protocols Educate patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment options, and aftercare
