Key Responsibilities:

Deliver prompt, compassionate care to patients presenting with a wide variety of acute illnesses and injuries Perform rapid assessments, triage, and initiate care protocols according to facility guidelines Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered Monitor patient status, document findings, and communicate critical changes to physicians and team members Act as an advocate for patients and families, providing education and emotional support Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to efficient patient flow in the emergency department Collaborate with providers, ancillary services, and support staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes
