Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted RN license Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse in an Emergency Room Strong clinical assessment and triage skills BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to start) Ability to remain calm and effective during emergencies Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients experiencing a wide range of emergent conditions Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to assess and implement patient care plans Quickly and accurately triage patients using established protocols Monitor vital signs, administer medication, and assist with urgent interventions Document patient information and care provided in electronic medical records Educate patients and families on treatment and post-discharge care Respond promptly and efficiently to changes in patient status
