Schedule/Hours:

Requires working every other weekend Every other holiday required Blocked schedules are not available

Qualifications:

Current, valid RN license in good standing Minimum 2 years' experience in Emergency Department nursing Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt rapidly in urgent or unpredictable situations Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines

Responsibilities:

Assess, triage, and provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ED Execute physician orders and monitor for changes in patient condition Document all interventions and patient responses clearly and accurately Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and post-discharge instructions Foster a supportive environment for patients experiencing acute medical needs
