Job Summary:

The Employee Dining Room (EDR) Lead oversees daily EDR operations, ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and company standards are consistently met. This role supports Food & Beverage operations by training new team members, maintaining a welcoming dining experience for employees, and stepping into Food & Beverage Attendant duties as needed.

Responsibilities:

Oversee EDR operations, ensuring food service and cleanliness standards are followed Complete opening and closing checklists Train new employees and assist with documenting task proficiency Provide feedback to management on meal selections and gather employee suggestions Take orders, process payments, and follow cash handling procedures Serve food and beverages to employees Maintain clean, sanitized, and fully stocked service areas Clear dining areas, sanitize surfaces, and dispose of waste properly Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Follow all safety, environmental, and departmental procedures Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous food service experience required Cash handling experience strongly preferred Strong guest service and leadership skills Ability to train and support team members Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Flexible, dependable, and willing to jump in where needed Positive attitude and team-first mindset with a passion for hospitality
