Create & implement employment plans Place individuals in community-based jobs that are consistent with their employment service goal Maintain relationships with community businesses to secure employment opportunities for individuals we serve Provide supervision & job support Document individuals\' progress toward employment plan objectives & keep up-to-date case records Develop & expand opportunities for community integration to address the employment, social, & recreational interests of the individuals we serve What You\'ll Need as an

Employment Specialist:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Bachelor\'s Degree in human service or business field preferred 1+ years\' experience &/or training working with individuals with disabilities Valid driver\'s license, access to a motor vehicle, & satisfactory driving record Ability to work a flexible schedule Excellent written & verbal communication & interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to work independently Strong computer & word processing skills Who You Are as an
