This is a unique opportunity to practice in an established, highly regarded program recognized by both the Delaware Diabetes Coalition and the American Diabetes Association. Practice locations are available in Newark, DE; Wilmington, DE; Rehoboth Beach, DE; and Elkton, MD. Why ChristianaCare? Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of six physicians, four nurse practitioners, and six certified diabetes educators.
