Position Overview:

Install marine engines and related systems in boats, ensuring proper alignment and integration with the vessel's operational Responsible for installing cabinets, floors, cockpits, benches, and any other installation tasks as assigned.

Essential Functions:

Perform diagnostic checks and tests to ensure engines are functioning correctly and efficiently. Connect electrical systems, fuel lines, and cooling systems, ensuring all components work harmoniously. Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair or replace defective parts to ensure optimal engine performance. Maintain detailed records of installations, maintenance, and repairs. Required Qualifications:

2- 3 years of manufacturing experience, engine instillation or boat building experience preferred Working knowledge of hand tools Ability to lift heavy objects. Ability to multi-task Ability to read and understand prints and production schedules. Ability to work with suspended loads and heavy lifting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Must be able to adapt to changing requirements in a positive and proactive way. Ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels within the organization. Ability to work in a dusty and hot environment. Knowledge of hazardous chemical handling and disposal Must be flexible to work extended hours to support the requirements of the business.

Working Conditions:

Maintain cleanliness, ensure safety compliance to include PPE adherence, safety policy adherence, and safe behaviors and conditions. Must possess the desire and ambition to always work safely and report all hazards to their supervisor immediately. Must understand basic terminology such as OSHA, DEP, and other regulatory agencies. Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment where designated, including but not limited to safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc. The pay range for this position is $21.42 to $24.05, hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus or short-term incentive program. This position is also eligible for an award target as part of Brunswick's long-term incentive program.
