  • Contract Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Engineer-Architect Project Manager to lead innovative architectural projects focusing on Airport Traffic Control Towers from conception through completion.
This role combines technical expertise with strong project management capabilities to deliver exceptional design solutions while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a passion for architecture and construction, and demonstrate a proactive approach to client engagement and team collaboration. Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, regulatory standards, and company objectives. Develop detailed project schedules utilizing tools like Project scheduling software to monitor progress and meet deadlines efficiently. Prepare accurate construction estimates by leveraging construction estimating techniques and collaborating with vendors and contractors. Manage all phases of design using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce compelling drawings, models, and presentations. Oversee construction management activities including site visits, quality control inspections, and adherence to safety protocols during renovation or new build projects. Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and consultants to secure favorable terms while maintaining strong professional relationships. Utilize Bluebeam for document review and markup processes. Facilitate business development efforts by preparing proposals, presenting project concepts, and fostering client relationships to expand project opportunities. Manage project budgets through effective budgeting practices; track expenses and adjust plans proactively to stay within financial parameters. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on drafting (CAD), interior design elements, construction schedules, and contract administration to ensure seamless project delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in project management within architecture or construction environments with a comprehensive understanding of construction processes from design through completion. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and other relevant design software. Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques, budgeting practices, contracts management, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with project scheduling tools and methodologies to effectively plan timelines and resource allocation. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams across multiple disciplines. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
