PRODUCTION ENGINEERING II - ENGINEER I PAY

Stanley Electric US is a full-service, tier one supplier to Honda, specializing in the design and production of lighting equipment, accessories, and electronic components. Our London, Ohio facility houses lighting and mold design, construction, production engineering, and dedicated associates in our Quality, Assembly, Sales, and Customer Service departments. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
To coordinate new model development by determining specifications needed for production in order to meet customer requirements for new models. To implement process improvement projects to increase profitability of production. Involved in process improvement efforts by troubleshooting and developing countermeasures to improve production. Participate in new model development in regard to drawing review, start-up, design of tooling, process development, robot programming and process confirmation in order to create a competitive advantage. Participate in capital investment planning in regard to testing, new equipment purchase, and installation. Assist in cost-reduction by monitoring raw material usage and reject reduction rate in order to help the company be more cost-effective. Provide technical support to production, process, and maintenance groups to reduce downtime and increase productivity. Support manufacturing by addressing problem solving issues and theorizing improvement ideas to achieve maximum production efficiency.

HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering 0 to 3 years of engineering experience Demonstrate proficiency with Autocad, Inventor, and CATIA Knowledge of robotics, electrical, and mechanical preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Office Automotive background preferred Demonstrated written and oral communication skills Demonstrated analytical ability Proven multi-tasking skills
WORKING CONDITIONS
General Office Environment 2 hours a day Manufacturing Environment 6 hours a day Ability to lift 40 pounds
