COPY LINK link Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring for a notable consumer products and manufacturinganization seeking a Pilot Plant Associate to support pilot batching operations, material handling, laboratory support activities, and manufacturing workflows within a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Support pilot batching operations through equipment setup, raw material staging, and material handling activities
  • Maintain accurate batch records, pre-weigh documentation, and adjustment tracking as needed
  • Perform data entry and information processing using web-based systems and platforms
  • Assist with inventoryanization, warehouse support, and storage management including flammable and controlled materials
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain pilot plant equipment, washrooms, and workspaces in accordance with cGMP, safety, and environmental guidelines
  • Support analytical testing activities including pH, viscosity, and specific gravity measurements
  • Label and manage excess raw materials and bulk materials for disposal according to internal quality andpliance procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and perform additional tasks as required to support business operations
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related scientific discipline required
  • 2+ years of experience within a manufacturing, laboratory, pilot plant, or process equipment environment preferred
  • Recent graduates with strong internship, laboratory, or hands-on scientific experience will also be considered
Desired Skills:
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail andanizational skills
  • Comfortable following SOPs, processes, and technical instructions
  • Computer literacy and experience with data entry systems
  • Flexible, team-oriented mindset with strongmunication skills
  • Exposure to AI tools or digital workflow technologies is a plus
Pay Details:
$23.00 to $24.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program,muter benefits and a 401K plan.
