This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. Responsible for end to end application, system development and maintenance on medium or semi complex technology platforms within assigned client group, business unit or corporate department.How You Will Make an Impact
- Build and maintain cloud-native services using microservices / modular monolith patterns, emphasizing resiliency, scalability, and secure-by-design development
- Develop REST/GraphQL APIs and asynchronous workflows using event-driven architecture and messaging patterns
- Implement data access and processing using SQL/NoSQL stores and caching strategies for performance and cost efficiency
- Create high-quality, testable code with strong unit/integration/contract test coverage and automation-first mindset
- Deliver through modern CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with quality gates, security scans, and automated deployments
- Containerize applications and deploy on Kubernetes (or managed K8s services), supporting service discovery, autoscaling, and safe releases
- observability best practices (logging, metrics, tracing) and participate in on-call/production support with blameless RCA culture
- Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and SRE teams to shape technical solutions and continuously improve engineering maturity
- Leverage AI-assisted development responsibly (e.g., coding copilots, test generation, documentation automation) to accelerate delivery and quality
- Build integrations with internal/external systems, including secure authentication, authorization, and enterprise integration patterns
- Contribute to engineering standards: code reviews, design reviews, reusable libraries, and developer documentation
- Identify opportunities to reduce tech debt and improve performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 1 year experience on one platform; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Hands on experience in AI, Data, Streaming strongly preferred
- Experience working with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Google, Azure and others) strongly preferred
- Applied AI experience with a very good grasp on end-2-end deployment to AI solutions at enterprise strongly preferredFor candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary
- range for this specific position is $83,600 to $144,210
