This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineering professional to join a dynamic team focused on innovation, process improvement, and operational excellence. Support manufacturing process improvements focused on OEE, scrap reduction, uptime, and production efficiency Assist with CAPA tasks, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions Support project timelines and milestones to ensure projects arepleted on time and within budget Serve as a technical resource for manufacturing production lines and process improvements Create and edit production support documentation and technical reports Support continuous improvement initiatives for processes, tooling, and product quality Assist with qualification activities for new or modified equipment and manufacturing processes Provide technical support, testing, troubleshooting, and analysis for manufacturing systems Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams Assist in training employees on documentation, equipment usage, and department procedures Candidates for Engineer II must meet the following requirements to be considered: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Technology, or STEM field 2-4 years of engineering or manufacturing experience General understanding of automation, plastic injection molding, part assembly, testing, and process control Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies including DOE, Process Capability, and Gage R&R Proficiency in SolidWorks and strong mechanical aptitude Strong technical writing and problem-solving skills Ability to independently make decisions and manage project responsibilities Must be at least 18 years of age Knowledge of FDA QSR Regulations and Medical Device Industry experience preferred What's in this Engineer II position for you?
