As the Project Development Manager of the West Region, you will drive sales and business development within a defined territory, focusing on delivering customized solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Join a winning team where you will play a crucial role in developing dynamic technical and financial proposals for Reciprocating Compressors. How You'll Make an Impact + Leadthe overall sales development process for large, complex Mods & UpsProjects related to reciprocating compression. Responsibilities includemining and qualifying new opportunities, develop winning strategies andvalue propositions, identify and influence key decision-makers, andsuccessfully navigate complex internal and external selling environments. + Responsiblefor forecasting all M&U business in assigned selling accounts,including Salesforce funnel management and ensuring the accuracy andquality of forecasts. + Practicea "Clean Handover" to the commercial and executing teams for everynew project. Responsibilities include final Purchase Order review andcapture, and leading/participating in all internal and external kickoffmeetings. + Developand nurture client relationships and continually create new ones throughactive onsite visits and engagement sessions. Capture and share customerintelligence within Siemens Energy. + Participatein and potentially lead Siemens Energy business growth initiatives asneeded. + Manageexpense governance within Siemens Energy corporate guidelines. What You Bring + ABachelor's degree in a related field is required; a degree in MechanicalEngineering or a related Engineering field is preferred. + 8 years' experience with sales/business development and/or with reciprocating compressors is preferred. + Experiencewith rotating equipment sales and/or capital project business developmentis a plus + Willingnessto travel domestically is required within the Western US region. + Strategicorientation with detailed knowledge of products, services, and marketsrelated to reciprocating compressors, including an understanding ofcompressor performance and application principles is preferred. + Abilityto work collaboratively
