The Stow system is a drop-in retrofit for universal stations that automates ASIN stow, comprising induct stations, item transfer systems, item buffer subsystems, and robotic stow workcells. The contractor will manage the end-to-end engineering change order lifecycle in Agile PLM, ensuring changes are properly documented, reviewed, and implemented across manufacturing, supply chain, and field operations. Reports to the ECM Lead as part of the Global Engineering Change Management team. Key Job Responsibilities Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion. Originate, process, and shepherd ECOs through all six stages of the ECO process (Pending → Tech Review → Submitted → Pre-CCB Prep → CCB Approval → Released/CIB → Implemented) for Stow hardware and electromechanical assemblies. Conduct thorough ECO documentation reviews, including cover page completeness, Description of Change (What), Reason for Change (Why), and affected items validation. Perform Buy-Level Traceability (BLT) audits to ensure below-the-buy (BTB) changes flow up to the Client Robotics buy level for all Stow components. Validate BOM structures, AML accuracy, tech type assignments (OTS/MTS/MTS Co-Designed), and regional deployability attributes (US, CA, EU, GB, JP, AU) for Stow parts. Coordinate pre-CCB preparation, including supply chain EBS attribute entry, material compliance documentation review, and regulatory compliance verification. Support CCB approval meetings by preparing change impact assessments covering E&O costs, lead time implications, rework/scrap analysis, and inventory disposition recommendations. Manage ECO relationships and rules, linking deviations (DEVs) and SREAs to permanent ECO implementations. Ensure revision control integrity across Agile PLM and CAD vault (Solidworks/3DExperience) for Stow drawings and models. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including

SMEs, Manufacturing Tech Ops, Supply Chain (GCMs/Buyers), Field Services, Deployment Engineering, and System Safety. Monitor ECO cycle times against priority-based SLAs (

10+ day) and drive on-time completion. Process SREAs (Supplier Requested Engineering Assistance) for Stow contract manufacturers and manage supplier change notifications. Maintain class code compliance and item numbering standards per 960-99999 for all Stow part releases (400-series mechanical assemblies, 500-series PCBAs, 540-series cable assemblies, 600-series electromechanical assemblies, 700-series TLAs). Drive disposition management (Use As-Is, Rework, Scrap, Purge, Recall) for Vulcan Stow inventory across Orders, Stock, RMA, and Field phases. Write and maintain ECM process documentation, best practices, and lessons learned specific to the Stow program. Mentor team members on Agile PLM workflows and ECO best practices. Take ownership to identify process bottlenecks and drive improvements with minimal oversight. close attention to detail with flexibility to enable business velocity.
Travel:
Up to 15% required (domestic, primarily to manufacturing/supplier sites). Required Skills 7+ years of experience in Engineering Change Management, Configuration Management, or Product Data Management in electromechanical product environments. Proficiency in Agile PLM (Oracle Agile) or equivalent PLM systems(Teamcenter, Windchill, Enovia). Strong understanding of
ECO/ECR/ECN
workflows, BOM management, and revision control processes. Experience with BOM structures, Buy-Level Traceability (BLT), and multi-level assembly change management Knowledge of manufacturing processes (injection molding, sheet metal, PCBA, cable assemblies, electromechanical assemblies) sufficient to assess change impacts. Experience coordinating with Supply Chain, Materials Compliance, and Regulatory Compliance teams during change review processes. Understanding of material compliance requirements (RoHS, REACH) and regulatory compliance documentation. Strong understanding of GD&T and engineering drawing standards. Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Manufacturing, Industrial) or equivalent experience. Excellent communication and writing skills — ability to document clear, concise ECO cover pages and change descriptions. Experience with disposition management (Use As-Is, Rework, Scrap) and inventory impact analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with data analysis tools for ECM metrics tracking. Preferred Skills Direct experience with Oracle Agile PLM (Client Robotics instance preferred). Experience with SolidWorks or Dassault 3DExperience CAD/PDM integration with PLM. Familiarity with regional compliance requirements (CE marking, UL/CSA, IEC standards) for multi-region product deployment. Experience with SREA (Supplier Requested Engineering Assistance) or equivalent supplier change request processes. Knowledge of Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) frameworks. Experience in robotics, automation, or high-volume electromechanical product environments. Engineering project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile tools). Experience with ERP systems (Oracle EBS) and understanding of PLM-to-ERP data flow Top 3 Skills Agile PLM ECO Lifecycle Management End-to-end proficiency in processing engineering change orders through all workflow stages (Pending → Tech Review → Submitted→ pre-CCB → CCB → Released/CIB → Implemented). Ability to validate ECO documentation packages, manage affected items, verify BOM structures, and coordinate multi-functional approvals. Understanding of workflow RACI, role allocations (Approver/Acknowledger/Observer), and priority-based SLA management.
Experience Level:
5+ years hands-on ECO processing in Agile PLM or equivalent; must have managed 100+ ECOs through full lifecycle; experience with CCB preparation and disposition management BOM Management & Buy-Level Traceability (BLT) Expertise in multi-level BOM validation, where-used audits, and ensuring below-the-buy (BTB) changes properly flow up to the buy level. Understanding of tech type classifications (OTS/MTS/MTS Co- Engineering Change Management Designed), AML management, and class code requirements. Ability to identify revision conflicts across parallel ECOs and coordinate resolution.
Experience Level:
5+ years working with complex electromechanical BOMs (500+line items); experience with BLT audits and multi-supplier BOM coordination. Cross-Functional Change Impact Assessment Ability to assess engineering change impacts across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, field operations, and cost dimensions. Experience coordinating with Supply Chain (EBS attributes, PO updates), Materials/Regulatory Compliance, Finance (E&O cost analysis), and Field Services (TSB/FSB implementation). Understanding of disposition management and its implications on inventory, supplier orders, and field retrofit activities.
Experience Level:
5+ years in cross-functional change management roles; must have participated in CCB or equivalent change review boards; experience with rework/scrap cost analysis and lead time impact assessment.
