Job Description:

Oversee supply chain i nitiatives, working cross-functionally with sourcing, planning, product , and engineering teams to balance commercial and technical trade-offs. A successful candidate will leverage experience i n global supply chain management, and a self-driven approach to achieving sustained operational excellence and cost optimization. Top 3 must-have hard skills: Strategic Sourcing / Commodity Management Exposure — Experience managing or collaborating on sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, cost reduction roadmaps, and second-source qualifications across electromechanical commodities. I n the absence of direct managing supplier relationship, explicit examples of directly contributing to such strategies i s required Supply Chain Planning & Lead Time Optimization — Ability to drive lead time reduction, scenario planning, clear-to-build/deploy shortage resolution, and capacity alignment with demand forecasts. Data Analytics & Reporting — Strong analytical skills to synthesize data from multiple sources (cost, supplier readiness, quality, lead time) i nto actionable i nsights and consolidated performance reporting.
